Our Founder, Greg Tepper is thrilled to bring the same approach to travel to Latin America and Africa co-founding Exeter Latin America and the Exeter Safari Company with Joe Sandillo and Scott Simpson – two of the top experts in each region creating three distinctive companies with their own identities, sharing the passion, principles, integrity, and quality upon which Exeter International was founded.

Co-Founder & General Manager, Exeter Safari Company
Born in Johannesburg, Scott, Co-Founder of Exeter Safari Company, spent countless vacations exploring all the country had to offer, from dozens of trips to the Kruger National Park to lengthy road trips exploring the beautiful beaches of Cape Town and the West Coast. Scott then spent the next decade building a career in the safari industry, both as a manager of luxury safari lodges and as an expert travel planner creating life changing journeys for international travelers.

Co-Founder Exeter Latin America
Joe, the Founder of Exeter Latin America has always had a passion for Latin America. A fluent Spanish and Portuguese speaker, Joe lived in Brazil and has traveled extensively throughout the region. After becoming Greg’s very first team member at Exeter International, Joe moved to Washington DC in the public and non-profit sectors administering U.S. government programs throughout the world before founding Exeter Latin America with Greg.
